Delivery Information
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). If items are out of stock or delivery is delayed, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are handled by DHL and require a signature upon delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address and phone number where someone is available during working hours.
Estimated delivery time:
- Within the EU: 2–4 working days
- Outside the EU: 3–5 working days
Delivery costs are based on your shipping destination and are calculated at checkout. All prices within the EU include 25% VAT.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and United States are delivered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. CQP covers all applicable VAT, customs duties, and import fees to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery with no extra charges or paperwork for you.
For orders shipped to other countries outside the EU, packages are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. VAT, import duties, and taxes may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. As these vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Multiple unclaimed deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, when shopping at C-QP.com, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and with all original packaging and brand labels intact. We recommend trying footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid marks.
Exchanges are free worldwide. CQP covers the shipping cost for both sending the item back to our warehouse and for dispatching the replacement.
If you request a refund instead of an exchange, a return handling fee will apply to cover part of the cost for return shipping and processing:
- SEK 200 – Sweden
- EUR 30 – Europe
- EUR 40 – Rest of the world
Returns of faulty or incorrect items are exempt from these fees.
Please ensure that returned items are packed securely and in the same condition as when leaving our warehouse.
How to Make a Return / Exchange
In order to make a return / exchange, please always email [email protected] for instructions and / or to make sure we put aside the product you wish to exchange for. Follow the instructions on the return form and make sure you fill it in and include it with your return. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received it or lost it, please contact us on [email protected]. Clearly mark the package “Returned Goods”.
Complaint
We guarantee that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. If you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery, make sure you contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
