General Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all users of the domain C-QP.COM and its sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Coloquy CQP AB (henceforth: CQP; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site.
If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you must monitor and supervise the use of this Site by children, minors and others under your care.
CQP reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

CQP does not guarantee that all items included in the CQP online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, CQP will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. CQP cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. CQP may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although CQP strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, CQP will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. CQP, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where CQP acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. CQP cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. CQP cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Once your order has been accepted we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your purchase. Please keep this confirmation and check that it is correct. CQP reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
Prices are displayed in SEK in Sweden, in EUR for the rest of Europe and USD in the rest of the world. Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. Product prices are set using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted and will be honoured, except in cases of error. CQP will in such case notify you using stated contact details.

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the CQP name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.
CQP recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal data. Most of our processing of your personal data is necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations to you, and other kinds of processing relies on CQP’ legitimate interest for processing as set out below. The Integrity Policy applies when CQP provides services and products related to purchase, service matters and other contacts with CQP. Please note that we never store any credit card information, online nor in physical store(s).
Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
The Swedish company Coloquy CQP AB, reg. no. 556944-6429 (“CQP”), is the controller of your personal data. CQP and selected suppliers may process your personal data on CQP’s behalf and in accordance with CQP’s instructions as stated below, and are thereby processors of your personal data. CQP intends to process all personal data in a legal, open and fair manner in accordance with applicable law (General Data Protection Regulation).

Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis for processing:
Below is a summary of the categories of data that we process, the purposes of processing the data and on what legal basis we are processing your data. CQP collects and processes personal data when you make a purchase on CQP’s website, use CQP’s support, visit CQP’s website or otherwise contact CQP. The collection and processing of personal data is mainly for the conclusion of purchase agreements and the providing of services and offers. Our collection of data also occurs to enhance the overall customer experience by improving customer service, size advice and more efficient handling of matters and complaints.
Contact details: If you make a purchase online we will collect your name, address, email address, telephone number, country of residence and title (Ms./Mr. or other title). We will use your contact information to (i) process your purchase/orders and any returns, exchanges and complaints you may have relating to your purchase; and to (ii) communicate with you regarding your purchase and to answer and administer any questions or comments you may have regarding our products or services. If you request a digital receipt when purchasing our products in one of our physical stores, we will collect your email address in order to be able to send the digital receipt to you. This processing is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. If you have subscribed to our newsletters, we will also use your contact details to send out such newsletter, based on your consent. We may also process your contact details that you have shared with us when you have purchased a product, to keep you informed, via email or other messenger services, of our special events or promotions. This processing is based our legitimate interest of being able to market our products to our existing customers.
Credit card details: If you make a purchase online and chose to pay by credit card, you will provide your credit card information on our website to finalize your purchase. Your credit card details will not be saved by us and are encrypted using an SSL certificate. The processing of your credit card details is necessary in order for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
Previous purchases and returns: we will store information regarding (i) your purchases and returns online, and (ii) your purchases and returns in physical stores, if you have provided your email address to our personnel. Such information encompasses product, size, price and date of purchase.
Anonymized data: We may also use anonymized data for our internal marketing and demographic studies to analyze, profile and monitor customer patterns in order for us to be able to improve our products and services.
Consent and withdrawal
Does CQP share your information with others?
CQP does not sell or rent our customer’s personal data to any other entity.
CQP may share our customers’ data with selected suppliers who perform functions on our behalf such as fulfilling orders and delivery of orders, processing payments, carrying out promotional services or data management, to maintain our website, to distribute emails, to send out our newsletter, to provide client communications and to manage our customer database. As necessary, the personal data you provide to us may be processed by these third parties, solely on CQP’s behalf and in accordance with CQP’s instructions as data processors. We do not authorize any of our suppliers to make any other use of your personal data.
Transfer outside of the EU/EES
We may share your data with our selected suppliers, who may process your data in countries both inside and outside of the EU/EES when performing functions on our behalf as set out in section 4 above.
Your data subject rights
In this section 6, we have summarized your data subject rights to request access, rectification, erasure of your personal data, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, CQP reserves the right to keep and process your personal data in accordance with this policy to the extent necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you, and to the extent we are required to process your data by law or in order to defend ourselves in a dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning yourself are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and information regarding, inter alia, the purpose of processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, and the envisaged period of time for which personal data will be stored (or the criteria for determining this).
Right of rectification
You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning yourself, and to complete incomplete data.
Right of erasure
Under certain circumstances you are entitled to request that we erase your personal data or restrict our processing of your data, for example when it is no longer necessary for us to process your data taking into consideration the purposes for which they were collected.
Right to objection - direct marketing and profiling
You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data. When any of your personal data is processed in terms of direct marketing purposes you have the right to object to direct marketing, which includes profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, we will cease such processing of your data.
Right to lodge a complaint with supervisory authority
Please note that if you consider the processing of your data to be in violation of applicable data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or the place of the alleged infringement.
How do I unsubscribe from CQP newsletters and emails?
If you do no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other emails, you can unsubscribe as indicated in the particular communication, i.e. by using the unsubscribe link which is included on all newsletters and other emails. You may also contact us at [email protected]
How long do we keep your data?
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
Unless you actively chose to sign up for our newsletter at a time of purchase online or in-store, we will not use your email-address for any other purpose than to reach you in relation to your recent purchase.
If you have signed up for our newsletter we will save your data for as long as needed to provide you with this service. We will also retain your personal information as necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
Statutory obligations to retain data further remain unaffected.
Is it mandatory to provide personal data?
When you purchase our products online, the provision of certain mandatory data is necessary for CQP to be able to fulfill our contractual obligation to you, for example processing your order.
When you purchase our products in our physical stores, you do not have to provide any personal data. Please note however that if you chose to receive a digital receipt, it is mandatory that you provide your email address or otherwise we will not be able to send you the digital receipt. In case of an in store purchase this email will be saved by our payments provider (iZettle) only and will not be available to CQP.
Children's privacy and legal purchase age
CQP does not wish to collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents or guardians consent before purchasing anything or provide any personal data to us at C-QP.com.
Accuracy and Retention
You are entitled to request access to and correction of all personal data you provide us, or to remove your name from the CQP’s marketing list at any time by contacting us by e-mail [email protected] or mailing address as listed. If you are registered with CQP on our website and would like to be removed from our marketing list, click on the unsubscribe link included in all e-mails sent from CQP or contact us via e-mail on [email protected]
CQP uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available to anyone from our staff.
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our reach. We cannot be held liable for content or privacy policies of such sites.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor and partly on the uniqueness of products.
Violation of Rules
CQP reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, CQP’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and CQP can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by CQP. Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, fire or similar events. Under such circumstances, CQP will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
Normally your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the confirmation e-mail (except for on weekends and public holidays). Should extra costs be incurred, or if your order happens to be out of stock or your delivery delayed, you will be notified by e-mail as soon a practically possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail that can be used to track your order. All orders are sent via UPS and will need to be signed for upon arriving to your stated address – thus we recommend you provide an address where you will be able to accept and sign for your package during working hours, as well as a phone number where you can be reached during working hours.
Delivery time within EU is estimated to 2-5 working days. To the rest of the world, delivery time is estimated to 3-5 working days. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country and payable by the receiver.
Delivery cost to locations in Sweden, most of the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, US, Canada, Mexico and the Vatican City, is included in our prices. For deliveries to other destinations, and exceptions to the above, CQP will charge an additional cost for shipping as follows:
Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea: USD 25
Cyprus, Malta: EUR 25
Gibraltar, Greenland: EUR 20
Iceland: EUR 15
Israel, Turkey, Ukraine: USD 25

Sales tax of 25% is included in all prices inside the EU. There are no extra charges except those that appear on your list of purchases when you go to the check out.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. CQP ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will charge you for the cost of the return delivery. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be barred from shopping at C-QP.COM.
If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be no extra charges except the potential fee for delivery. We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to CQP, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your card payment is securely handled using the latest security technology available. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. Your card details are not available for anyone from our staff.
We strongly recommend you use our size guide, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and can avoid returns. We have measured the length and width of the inner soles of our sneakers, and recommend you compare these measures to the inner sole of a similar shoe you already own, or a shoe with a removable inner sole. It is worth an extra few minutes. Note that CQP’s sneakers have a narrow fit compared to more utilitarian sneakers. Also note that our sneakers are made of natural materials that tend to stretch slightly over time – and a shoe that feels slightly tight the first time you use it will likely fit perfectly after being worn a few times.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at C-QP.COM you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days. The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size, which we recommend you do on a carpeted surface. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.
CQP offers free exchanges and will cover the shipping cost for sending the item being exchanged to our warehouse as well as for the new item being sent. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving the CQP warehouse.
For returns, CQP will arrange the shipment and part of the shipping & handling cost will be non-refundable (please see below), which is why we strongly recommend you use our size guide. Costs for returns will be covered only if the wrong product has been delivered from CQP. In case of a return the cost that will not be refunded is SEK 200 for Sweden, EUR 30 for European markets, USD 35 for the US and Canada and USD 45 for remaining markets.
If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 30 days to receive your refund.
How to Make a Return
In order to make a return, follow the instructions on the returns form and make sure you fill it in and include it with your return. The returns form will have been enclosed in your delivery. If you have not received it or lost it, please contact us on [email protected] Clearly mark the package "Returned Goods".
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from defects when delivered. Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
